Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from softclayhome.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site.

Products, colors, and dimensions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render color differently, and wood, stone, ceramic, and natural fibers vary naturally from piece to piece — no two items will be identical in grain or tone. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. Product photography may include digitally rendered or styled representations.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Products may be discontinued or go out of stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours and that you are authorized to use it.
